*Offers same day payment posting to the utility account.

PayNearMe (Cash):

Beginning February 11, 2015, the City has partnered with PayNearMe to allow residents to pay their utility bills with cash at any 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or ACE Cash Express. There is no fee for using PayNearMe and payment is made same-day. All that is required is a PayNearMe barcode.
There are three ways to get a PayNearMe (Cash) barcode to pay your bill with cash today.

  1. You can text NLV to 88288 and receive a barcode on your phone to make a payment at 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or ACE Cash Express.

  2. You can print out a barcode and make a payment at 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or ACE Cash Express by clicking on the PayNearMe button:

  3. If your bill has the PayNearMe barcode (shown below) on the front, you can take the bill directly to a 7-Eleven and hand it to the cashier with your cash payment. Residents should expect to see this on their bill within the next few weeks.
